The Saint James' stewardship campaign is in full swing. February will see an all-member visitation throughout the parish; the aim is to engage members of the parish in its life and work, "serving and growing in God's love". On Saturday 26 January, 23 people turned out to hear Victor Wehrle from Christ Church Bell's Corners. Victor, who has participated in many similar campaigns, gave us some very helpful advice on stewardship and the visiting process.
Before the session got underway, the Men's Group held a breakfast, so that members could go directly from that event to the training session. At about 8:45am, we started with coffee and a chat in Tomkins Hall.
