Shortly after 9am, we started the session itself. In addition to Victor's excellent presentation, we saw the premiè re of our parish video, expertly produced by Todd Sandrock. Victor broke his talk into two parts, one on preparation, and one on the visit itself. The latter included a visit in the form of role play. Volunteers declared the morning a real success, and went out to their visits with a new degree of confidence.
