Painting: Saint James' in 1911
| This painting of the original church, donated by Frances Clarke in 1993, dates from 1971. It shows the church approximately as it was after the renovations of 1911. At that time the building faced in the opposite direction, so that the steeple (note the Norman style, unlike today's peak) faced onto what is now Clapp Lane. |
