Procession of the Cross

While the combined choirs of Knox Presbyterian, Manotick United and Saint James' Anglican churches were rehearsing, the Good Friday Procession of the Cross began.
The first stop was at Knox Presbyterian Church, with a reading and prayers.
A period of prayer and meditation followed again when the pilgrims reached Manotick United Church .
Then they began the trek along Main Street in Manotick,

returning to Saint James' Church for the Good Friday service at 11:00 am. At the end of the service, the congregation emerged again for the final hymn.
